Today I will continue telling old stories, as I did in my last entry. Please bear with me.
To pick up where we last left off, the Land of Light’s historical records had been deleted…but someone from the future intervened—I mean that literally. There are people living in the future in the world where Ultraman Decker came from.
This came as a surprise to me, too.
The history of Ultras connected to that world is stored in the future, so he brought that data to try restoring the records.
As I contemplated the Ultra Heroes restoring one record after the other, I recognized that someone like me had no right to control the stories of their strong connections—their bonds.
I was going to accept defeat and continue on my solitary journey.
However, I was told that just as all encounters become bonds, ours was one as well.
Hearing those words, my vision cleared. Before my eyes was the ever icy expanse of outer space, yet merely feeling a connection with others, this scenery appeared different to me.
“Bonds”…such a small word lifted me from the abyss of millions of years of loneliness.
Indeed, the one who imparted this upon me was Ultraman Zero.
All I am now, I owe to Ultraman Zero. I hope I can repay him even just a little.
