The new dub and physical release of Ultraman USA, the first American Ultraman Series co-production, is coming soon! On July 1st, fans will be able to watch the Hanna-Barbera-animated movie, in its first physical release in over two decades! To celebrate the release — and the complete redub of the movie within — we caught up with the new cast! Here’s what they had to say to us.
Kellen Goff - Scott
“Ah, Scotty boy... I felt like Judd Nelson and Tom Cruise shook hands on Scott's personality - He is the epitome of "snarky 80s loverboy" and we had so, so much fun with that. He's got a big heart under all the swagger and attitude, as you'll surely see throughout the movie.
The chances to portray a youthful main character can be fleeting at times... so when it does happen, I cherish it. And the fact that he's an Ultraman??? That's something I still can't get over. (I'm currently writing this from the orbit of Earth's Moon... I was told I'd be Scott and jumped for joy a bit too high...) It's a distinct privilege to be trusted with a "Shuwatch!" and I can't thank my friend and brilliant director, Brittany Lauda, enough for allowing me the opportunity to be the action hero I've always wanted to be!”

The release contains the 1987 Japanese vocal track and the new English dub version.
